I’m so excited to bring the transformative power of breathwork to you and to the world of wellbeing and intentional living!

Whether you are new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice, my job is to guide and support you through each session with a trauma-informed lens.  Meaning we titrate this self-healing medicine together, working with your nervous system and your unique needs and intentions. The goal is to help you feel and process uncomfortable emotions safely, not to cause re-traumatization.

Breathwork can help you move stagnant energy, shift your mindset and get out of your head and into your body. Our bodies hold the wisdom of our truth and our felt experience. Breathwork is a fantastic tool to deepen your relationship with your body and the truth of who you are.

Jessica does such an incredible job of meeting me where I am and pairing breath work accordingly. It’s soul magic! Jessica is so open and in the moment with every aspect of the breathwork journey. And truly that’s what has brought forth such powerful sessions. She is in her element!

I love how Jessica is dedicated to fine tuning her craft as a facilitator and being open to feedback in the moment. To pause, pivot and maintain the flow is such an art in and of itself (especially on zoom). I have now experienced both in person and remote and both are equally powerful in their own way.

I have found that a lot is happening during these breathwork sessions (energetically, physically, mentally, emotionally). And what is physically or even verbally expressed during and after truly don’t even touch the depths of what has transpired (or will). I’m so grateful! It’s pure magic and I look forward to more!

Jessica

I get how you feel. You’re often stressed and anxious and constantly in your head. I get you because that used to be me all the time! Truth be told I still have moments when I get caught in the endless loop of negative thoughts and strories…but now I have this incredible tool to help me shift my state quickly!

I discovered breathwork 2 years ago, and it’s helped me include my body and my emotions in my healing experience in ways I didn’t even know I was missing. Breathwork gives me direct access to the truth and love that lives in my body, helping me see things clearly. 

I’ve been a faithful student of mindset work, cognitive-behavioral therapy and other “top-down” modalities for over a decade…and they do help…but I also believe that somatic therapies are the missing link and the future of complete integration and wholeness as a human.

“Somatic” means of the body.  Within the breathwork sessions I design I also incorporate toning/vocal release and shaking/body movement as an offering to further allow your body to feel and release stuck emotional energy in a safe way.  

The style of breathwork that I offer is a powerful tool to connect the healing of your mind, body and emotions, allowing you to discover who you truly are! 

 

I’m utterly grateful for your time and work! All the sessions we had were completely the opposite I had many years ago that left me with an uncomfortable feeling and nervousness around breath work.   2. Look for a “Welcome! Let’s Breathe!” email from me (don’t forget to check spam or promo folder)–save for future reference
  3. Visit the link under “Terms & Conditions”  as it pops up when you schedule, (also found in your welcome email)
  4. Follow the prep instructions in the welcome email and/or in the appointment scheduling process
