So you’ve decided to move forward to the next level in some area of life. You booked that gig, started that program, set those goals etc etc.  Awesome!!!

Ok, now what?

Now the excitement is fading and in comes anxiety and fear.

You find yourself reverting to self-sabotaging behaviors like procrastination or entertaining negative thoughts.   Deep down the questions of doubt are stirring:  What if they don’t like me?  What if I mess up?  What if my voice wavers because of the adrenaline coursing through me?  What if they see that I’m afraid or new at this? What if ________?

First of all, you are normal.  Every single time someone levels up or tries something new, they have a moment of doubt and fear.  It’s part of being human today.

But here is more good news: you don’t have to stay in that place or even believe the fear. Let them be moments that you observe and work through, and accept those moments as part of the process.

Learning to recognize when you are feeling anxiety and fear and taking action on your behalf is the key. This is the time that you reach out for support from your coaches/mentors and supportive friends. This is the time to journal and reflect, to meditate, to move your body and to breathe with intention.

Growth challenges our old beliefs and habits, and this can be uncomfortable. Just know this is part of it, and embrace the discomfort.

Bravery is not the absence of fear; it is the willingness to face and understand your fears and to take action in the direction of your goals.  I believe self-love and bravery go hand in hand. I’d love to show you how to have compassion for your fears without giving them power.

Understand your fears, but don’t give in to them

Seek to understand and caretake your fears, then release them and move forward with action steps in the direction of your vision and passion.

In my coaching program I guide and support you through the journey of personal growth and stepping into your Authentic Self.  Inevitably the fears will surface, but I’ll have your back.  Through education, breathwork, inner child work, guided visualizations, consistent support and accountability you will experience major internal shifts that will begin to reflect in your external world.

Let’s practice bravery, embrace our fears with compassion and lovingly parent ourselves so that we consistently take action to create the life we truly want to live.  No more allowing fear to dictate our lives.  If you are interested in my coaching services head on over to the Self-Love Coaching or Breakthrough Sessions pages to book your free Discovery Call with me today!
