I love that Jessica, the other participants and I established a beautiful connection going into the workshop.  It felt like immediate dropping into the shared field.  Jessica pulled a memory right out of my conscious that I hadn’t thought of in forever when crafting the intention, and it allowed me to recognize how much I am still that 8 yr old fighter in the rapids and need to surrender to the flow while honoring the fighter. During the workshop I felt so held by Jessica, so purely loved by her and by the shared space between the other breathers and myself.  I felt so safe to drop in and fully trust the space.  I cried like crazy and release so much.  Jessica’s cuing was beautiful, music perfect and her attention to each of us and the flow of the session was just amazing!

  • LIVE Meditative Breathwork- tune in live each month for 60min meditative breathwork workshops led by me! You’ll get to connect to your fellow members in a powerful way by participating in the live workshops, still from the privacy and comfort of your home. If you can’t make it live you can catch the replay of any recorded workshops.
  • Self-Love Videos– as often as monthly I’ll add a new video discussing all things self love, from how to create a magical morning routine to avoiding burn out and so much more!
  • Breathwork Education– I made you an instructional video that will not only prepare you to get the most out of the live breathwork workshops, but for using breathwork and other somatic tools in your daily life as well.
  • Q&A Support- Members are invited to ask me any and all questions about breathwork, self love, and about their own experiences within the Q&A module. You can also drop celebrations, gratitude lists and things you’d like support for from the community.

I’ve heard a lot about breath work over the past year or so, but had never done any myself. This was my first experience with it and I found every aspect of it truly peaceful. I felt grounded and centered and can’t wait to add this to my mindfulness practices.

Jessica

I get how you feel. You’re often stressed and anxious and constantly in your head. I get you because that used to be me all the time! Truth be told I still have moments when I get caught in the endless loop of negative thoughts and strories…but now I have this incredible tool to help me shift my state quickly!

I discovered breathwork 2 years ago, and it’s helped me include my body and my emotions in my healing experience in ways I didn’t even know I was missing. Breathwork gives me direct access to the truth and love that lives in my body, helping me see things clearly.

I’ve been a faithful student of mindset work, cognitive-behavioral therapy and other “top-down” modalities for over a decade…and they do help…but I also believe that somatic therapies are the missing link and the future of complete integration and wholeness as a human.

“Somatic” means of the body.  Within the breathwork sessions I design I also incorporate toning/vocal release and shaking/body movement as an offering to further allow your body to feel and release stuck emotional energy in a safe way.

The style of breathwork that I offer is a powerful tool to connect the healing of your mind, body and emotions, allowing you to discover who you truly are!
